Our aim is to make buying online as safe and convenient as possible, which means offering a secure and prompt delivery service to your home or selected address. All our items will be securely packaged to minimise damage and clearly labelled with your name and address. Our delivery options will always be clearly displayed at the checkout. We deliver throughout the UK, but if you would like a delivery outside the UK then please contact us for pricing. If we receive an order and we are unable to dispatch it within 24 working hours, then we will contact you to keep you informed.

The following options are available at the checkout:
UK Courier Service (Flat Rate Shipping)
Regardless of the size, weight or quantity you order, you will be able to select our fixed flat rate shipping option (£6.75) at the checkout. We partner with the best, most efficient and most reliable UK couriers including UPS, DHL, TNT, DPD and Royal Mail. Deliveries are made on working weekdays between 9am and 6pm and normally require a signature confirming receipt of the goods. We include three free delivery attempts for the majority of our delivery services. For some parcels under 20kg we make a single attempt. If our courier is unable to deliver the parcel, your goods will be taken to a local depot for convenient collection, offering pick-up outside normal office hours.
UK Free Delivery
If your total order value is above £100, you qualify for our free delivery service. This provides the same courier service as above, but at no cost to you.
After placing an order with us, you will receive email notification to confirm that we have received your order details. This email will contain a unique order number, along with the details of the items purchased and the delivery information provided. If you notice any mistakes in the details included within this email or need to make any changes, please contact us immediately to let us know, and quote the order number that you have been given.
By providing us with an email address and/or mobile phone number, this allows our courier partner to contact you directly with details relating to your delivery. This may include notifications on the progress of your delivery, estimated delivery times, and the option to make changes to your delivery. If you would prefer this information not to be shared, please let us know when placing your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address when ordering, it will be your responsibility to pay all the associated re-delivery costs. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all costs to re-deliver the parcel.
